Return & Refund Policy

30 Days Return

If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the product within 30 days of the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the costs associated with returning a product, unless the return is covered by our warranty due to product defects or quality problems, or the return is required as a result of our error. To initiate the return process, please contact us with a full description of the problem, including the reason for the return and your order number.

Cancellation

CatHousevip.com accepts an order cancellation before the product is shipped. In cases where the order cancellation is a result of our responsibility, you will receive a full refund. However, if the cancellation is due to reasons on the customer's end, a 2.2% order transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Eligibility for Return

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and in unused condition.
  • The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please send an email to support@cathousevip.com with the subject line "Return + your order number" (if an Amazon return, please with the subject line "Amazon Return + your order number"). Please indicate the reason for return and a photo of the product in the original box
  2. Once we approve your return, we will send you a return address. Please package our products carefully in original condition and provide us with the tracking number.
  3. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will check the condition of the product and restock it.
  4. After completing all the steps above, we will begin the refund process. We require 3-5 business days to process the solution upon receiving the item(s).

1-Year Free Replacement

We provides a complete 1-year protection plan for your cat litter box, and enjoy access to our committed customer experience and software professionals. Within 1 year of receiving the cat litter box, if any problems occur, such as coverage for accidental damage, power surges, mechanical and electrical malfunctions, and software assistance, We will provide free replacement of brand new cat litter box and provide complimentary two-way shipping. 1-Year Free Replacement does not include the following content:

  • Normal wear and tear of parts
  • Damage resulting from misuse of product
  • Post-purchase alterations or modifications
  • Inadequate care or abuse
  • Using in extreme weather
  • Accidental damage
  • Items that have been exposed to water are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Non-returnable Items

  • It is requested beyond 30 days of receiving a product.
  • Products sent to back do not include all original fittings, accessories or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. has cracks, dents or scratches.
  • Failure to provide legitimate proof of purchase, receipt or invoice, or have reason to believe that they have been forged or tampered with.
  •  Any malfunction or damage to the product resulting from unauthorized use or modification of the product.
  • Product damage due to uncontrollable external factors, including fire, flood, high wind or lightning strike.

Refund

    1.Our Responsibility:

If the product you have purchased is completely non-functional or damaged, or if you have not received the product within 30 days from the time you placed your order, you are eligible for a refund.

    2.Customer's Responsibility

If a customer want to return an item for personal reasons, such returns may be accepted. However, the customer will bear the following responsibilities:

  1. Customer responsibility for return shipping.

Customers need to provide us with shipping tracking number and proof of payment. Upon receipt of this information, we will process the refund immediately. It's important to note that if the product is found to have been intentionally damaged by the customer, no refund will be given.

Note:

  1. All return requests must be approved in advance by our customer service team. Once approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  2. Returned items should be in brand new, unused, and unworn condition, complete with all original tags and packaging.
  3. Returns on discounted items will not be accepted unless the customer received an incorrect item or a defective product.
  4. All product accessories (including cat litter) in our store are not subject to returns and refunds.

Refund Time-frame

For returned or exchanged items, please allow 3-5 business days after we receive the item to process resolution. Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Subsequently, the refund time limits are as follows:

  • A credit or debit card within 7-10 business days.
  • PayPal account Up to 48 hours.

If you have not yet received the refund, you can take the following steps:

  • Double-check your bank or PayPal balance, as there might be a delay in the transaction processing.
  • Get in touch with your bank or credit card company. Sometimes, the release of a refund can take some time, usually within 3-5 business days, to reflect in your balance.
