CatHouse 1 Year Care provides a complete 1-year protection plan for your cat litter box, and enjoy access to our committed customer experience and software professionals. Within 1 year of receiving the cat litter box, if any problems occur, such as coverage for accidental damage, power surges, mechanical and electrical malfunctions, and software assistance, we will replace the litter box with a brand new one for free and provide free two-way shipping. But, 1-year warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, or damage resulting from misuse of product (i.e., using in extreme weather, alterations made to product, neglect, or abuse). There are no hidden charges or deductibles. For warranty periods beyond 1 year,customers are responsible for both the cost of the parts and shipping.
